1. Availability and Delivery Area
The products and services of CRISTAL ECOSISTEM S.R.L. are available only within Romania and will be delivered nationwide, based on the agreement with the client.
2. Delivery Times
The average delivery period is 4-10 working days, calculated from the moment the order and all necessary details for processing are confirmed. Delivery time depends on the order confirmation date and the chosen transport method, averaging 4-10 working days. During busy periods (holidays, discounts, exceptional situations), the delivery time may be extended beyond our control, depending on the carrier's availability.
3. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries via courier take place from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 - 16:00, to the address specified in the order.
Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
4. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs will be communicated and agreed upon with the client before shipping, depending on the destination, transport method, and any additional fees applied by the carrier.
There is no online payment on the website; delivery and associated costs are established upon order confirmation.
5. Returns and Cancellations
If the order needs to be canceled before shipping, please contact us at office@cristal-ecosistem.ro to check its status. If the products have not yet entered production, the order can be canceled without costs.
For customized orders already in production, we reserve the right to proceed with their delivery.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information. In case of incorrect data, the product can be remade at an additional cost upon submission of the correct information.
